Lockhart has been named officially as the barbecue capital of Texas. So there’s some really good BBQ here. Following are different Lockhart area BBQ joints that I have been to. Sadly it has been a few years since I made a pilgrimage to Lockhart. Because of that I do not have any write-ups on these amazing places. Looks like it’s time for another barbecue road trip.
