Thursdays at Tejas Chocolate & Barbecue are always enjoyable because it’s Pastrami Thursday. However, recently it was even better for a few additional reasons:
- My wife was with me.
- We had good friends there too.
- Besides pastrami, they had a special housemade barbacoa boudin sausage.
So I’d say those are some really good reasons . Tejas’ pastrami brisket is always amazing. The barbacoa boudin was exceptional. And everything tastes better with family and friends.
