There is no question in my mind that Pecan Lodge in the Deep Ellum area of Dallas is one of the top barbecue spots in the entire state. I went recently and got to try the moist brisket, burnt ends, their house-made sausage, and something I’d never even heard of before – a fried pork rib. Every last bite if every single meat was fantastic. Totally blew me away. These guys are absolutely worth a visit if you are anywhere near Dallas. I’ll definitely be going back.
