While on our visit to the Outer Banks, NC, I had to try some commercial Eastern Carolina whole hog barbecue. So we went to Darrell’s 2 BBQ & Seafood in Nags Head. The pork was good, improved of course by the Eastern Carolina vinegar and red pepper sauce. The hush puppies were delicious. The onion rings were crisp and tasty. And the potato salad was very serviceable. There is just something about NC whole hog BBQ that amazing!

Fwiw, the seafood tacos here are pretty darn tasty too! Very fresh!
