It had been awhile since I got to enjoy Corkscrew BBQ in Old Town Spring. So I was very happy to get back there. Phenomenal stuff as always. The brisket was immaculate, with such an amazing dark bark and perfectly-rendered fat. The sausage was incredible. And the pork ribs were darn near perfect. These guys just continue to do fantastic barbecue every day. There is a good reason why they are #7 in Texas Monthly 2017 list of top BBQ joints in all of Texas.
