Chicago-style Italian beef sandwiches are pretty amazing stuff. And in Utah there is no better place to get one than Cubby’s. Their signature sandwich is called “Mr. Beef”, and it is amazing! Slow roasted beef, spicy giardiniera, a tasty sauce and a great Italian roll. Cubby’s was started by the son of a family friend. Their concept is brilliant – a menu that appeals to those who love meat (like me), while also offering lighter fare (like my wife) like great salads and such, all using high-quality, fresh and delicious ingredients. Totally worth visiting, they have seven locations in both Utah and Salt Lake Valleys. Go try ’em out if you are in the either Salt Lake or Utah Counties.
