It’s probably reasonably well-known that Tejas Chocolate is my favorite spot in Houston, partly because of how good it is, and partly because of how close I live to their location. That is all fortunate for me, since I get to sample all their different smoked meats over a variety of visits. Over time I think I’ve been able to try pretty much every meat on the menu, including many of their specials that only show up from time to time. In this posting I get to highlight their jalapeno cheddar sausage and their burnt ends. Both are absolutely delicious!
