Hard Eight BBQ in the Dallas area is a top-notch chain. Generally I prefer to avoid chains, but Hard Eight is definitely an exception to that rule I’m willing to make. They started in Stephenville, and have grown to a number of locations around the Dallas metroplex. I was impressed with the everything I tried, which was more food than I probably should have eaten. But it was all good. The brisket was moist. The sausage was very flavorful with a good snap in the casing. The pork ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender without falling apart. And the creamed corn was delicious.
