Home-smoked pork spareribs

As much as I love eating at the amazing BBQ joints around Texas and other places, nothing beats making your own smoky goodness. Today I enjoyed making some really tasty spare ribs on my Traeger Texas Elite 34. One of the benefits of DIY was adding a nice habañero powder to the dry rub to give the ribs some extra zing. They turned out pretty darn tasty, if I do say so myself. Yum!!
