Had the chance to visit Tejas Chocolate & Barbecue again yesterday to try the pastrami brisket, and my buddy got the Michelada chicken. And I am always a sucker for their hot links, so I couldn’t pass that up. Scott and his Tejas team continue to hit it out of the park. Phenomenal stuff. Glad they’re back up to full production after the Hurricane Harvey impacts. Special thanks to Scott for the quick peek at the remodel project and the chocolate production area. Can’t wait til those maple chocolate bars are ready in a couple weeks. So many good reasons to get back there again soon…
