Home-smoked pulled pork

As much as I love BBQ restaurants, there’s nothing like making my own. Today I did a pulled pork at home on my Traeger Texas Elite 34. The result was phenomenal, in my humble opinion. We paired that with coleslaw that Kelly made using Aaron Franklin’s coleslaw recipe from his book “Franklin Barbecue: A Meat Smoking Manifesto“. Great recipe and great book!
